BMTA Represents Bangladesh at Advantage Healthcare India in Greater Noida

The Bangladesh Medical Tourism Association (BMTA) has represented Bangladesh at the 8th Edition of Advantage Healthcare India (AHCI) 2026, recognized as the largest Medical Value Travel (MVT) event in Asia.

The prestigious three-day event, organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), was held from 23–25 February 2026 at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida (NCR), India. Today, 25 February 2026, marked the concluding day of the impactful global gathering.

A five-member BMTA delegation participated in the event following an official invitation from FICCI. The delegation included Secretary General A.K.M. Mufesserul Haq, Vice President Ashekunnabi Mahmudur Rahman Mazumder Liton, International Affairs Secretary M.M. Masumuzzaman, Training & Development Secretary Nazmul Islam and Event Organizing Secretary Mobin Uddin Ahmed.

Throughout the event, the BMTA team actively engaged in high-level policy recommendation discussions, strategic B2B meetings, B2G engagements, and global networking sessions with healthcare leaders and stakeholders from across the world. Their participation highlighted Bangladesh’s growing footprint in the regional medical tourism landscape and reinforced the country’s commitment to strengthening cross-border healthcare collaboration.

Speaking on the occasion, Secretary General AKM Mufesserul Haq expressed pride in representing Bangladesh at such a prestigious international platform. He said,

“It always feels proud for BMTA to represent Bangladesh in the international arena”

BMTA’s presence at AHCI 2026 underscores its vision of positioning Bangladesh as a competitive and globally connected destination in the medical tourism sector. The association reaffirmed its commitment to working toward a stronger, smarter and more integrated healthcare future through regional and global partnerships.
