Barcelona forward Rafinha has been ruled out for a week with a foot injury.

Rafinha suffered the injury in Saturday’s 3-1 win over Elche in La Liga. He was unable to play after the break.

Barcelona confirmed his injury on Monday. He will miss Tuesday’s Copa del Rey quarter-final against Albacete, the club said in a statement.

Rafinha has scored eight goals and provided three assists in La Liga this season. He has scored 13 goals and provided five assists in 22 matches in all competitions.

Barcelona are aiming for a third league title in four years; they are top with 55 points from 22 matches.

Real Madrid are second with one point less after the draw.
