Bangladesh likely to see rain over next 5 days: Met Office

MT News Desk

A trough of low pressure lies over West Bengal and adjoining areas, while a seasonal low lies over the South Bay, the BMD said.

Rain or thunder showers accompanied by gusty winds and lightning are likely at a few places in Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka, and Rangpur divisions, with hail at isolated places, said a Met office bulletin today (March 28).

The nighttime temperature may fall slightly over the next three days before gradually rising.

Yesterday, Bhola recorded the highest temperature at 35.6C, while Tetulia saw the lowest at 18.6C. In Dhaka, the temperature reached 34.3C, according to the Met Office.

The sun will rise at 5:45am on April 7.
