The 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Parkview Hospital Limited was held at the Chittagong Club yesterday (17 April).

The meeting was attended by the esteemed members of the Board of Directors, shareholders and senior officials of the organisation. Presided over by the Chairman Dr. AKM Fazlul Haque Hospital Director Dr. Mohammad Rezaul Karim moderated the programme.

The programme began with recitation from the Holy Quran.

The Hospital Director Dr. Mohammad Rezaul Karim presented the work report of the previous year and the Lab Director Dr. Mahbubur Rahman Chowdhury presented the implementation progress.

The Managing Director Dr. ATM Rezaul Karim presented the organisation’s report for the previous year and the Finance Director Dr. Mohammad Yusuf presented the financial report.

In addition, the overall activities of the organisation were reviewed in the meeting and detailed discussions were held on future development plans, quality improvement of services and expansion of modern medical facilities.

Medicine expert Professor Dr. M. A. Hasan Chowdhury, Gynaecologist and Obstetrician Professor Dr. Shahanara Chowdhury, Dermatologist Professor Dr. Mansurul Alam, Paediatrician Professor Dr. Muslim Uddin Sabuj, Mrs. Amena Shahin, Captain Aman, Dr. Arman Zahid, among others, addressed the occasion.

The speakers said that Parkview Hospital has been making significant contributions to the country’s healthcare sector and the organisation will remain committed to providing quality services also in the future.
