Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast that rain would occur in different parts of the country in the next 24 hours commencing 9am.
“Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal, Mymensingh & Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Chattogram & Dhaka divisions with hails at isolated places,” a Met office bulletin said.
The day temperatures may remain nearly unchanged and night temperatures may fall slightly over the country.
The highest temperature on Monday was 35.6 degrees Celsius in Bhola and today’s minimum temperature is 18.5 degrees Celsius in Sylhet.
The sun sets at 6.17 pm today and rises at 5.44 am tomorrow in Dhaka.
