Schools reopen after 38-day long vacation

All educational institutions from primary to higher secondary levels have reopened from Sunday (March 29) after more than a month of holidays on the occasion of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr.

This year’s Ramadan and Eid holidays began on February 19. According to the government schedule, the holidays were scheduled to last until Independence Day on March 26. However, since Friday and Saturday, March 27 and 28, were weekly holidays, the holidays were extended until March 29.

This time, students have enjoyed a long vacation of 38 days. As regular teaching and examination activities have resumed after a long break, enthusiasm is also building among teachers and students.

Teachers are paying attention to ensuring that students complete the syllabus on time after returning to class after a long vacation. Half-yearly exams have also begun in many educational institutions immediately after the vacation.
