The price of 22-carat gold has been increased by Tk 2,157 per bhori as the price of pure gold has gone up in the local market, Bangladesh Jewellers Association (BAJUS) has announced.

The new price took effect from 10am today (March 28).

Each bhori (11.664g) of 22-carat gold will now cost Tk 237,012.
